ThePatch :: Trees in the Landscape

I must admit this weeks thepatch subission caught up with me right on the last day, so I had a pleasant walk around Jell's park after a great BBQ dinner (its day light saving here now). I figured there are plenty of interesting trees there. There are perhaps a few to many!

The ibis where flying in for the night and a waxing moon  made for some good shots, albeit distractions.  The light was fading as I reached the Oaks Picnic area with its wonderful stand of young Oak Trees, complete with a flush of new leaves for the spring. The green-ness was amazing (remember that green Derwent pencil everyone loved) and this stock standard google+ Autoawesome HDR did the place justice. So it is this week submission
